                  In our ongoing commitment to promoting holistic wellness, we offer therapeutic activities designed to nourish the body, mind, and soul. One of our featured practices is music therapy, where music becomes a powerful tool for emotional healing and self-discovery. From individual sessions to support groups, our specialized therapists use music as a medium to explore and process emotions, reduce stress, and encourage creative expression.

                  We also offer dance therapy classes—an energizing experience that combines physical exercise with artistic expression through movement. Guided by trained instructors, our clients enjoy lively and enjoyable sessions that promote cardiovascular health, motor coordination, and emotional balance. Whether you're looking to release tension, boost your mood, or simply enjoy the rhythm, dance therapy is an accessible and effective way to strengthen both body and spirit.

                  Services we offer:

                  -        Music Therapy (complementary)

                  Helps reduce pain perception, lowers the need for analgesics, alleviates depression in patients with chronic pain, and gives them a greater sense of control over their condition.

                  -        Dance Therapy

                  An excellent anti-stress therapy. Increases cardio-respiratory capacity, among other benefits. Promotes the release of serotonin—the “happiness hormone”—through physical exercise. Tones and strengthens thighs, calves, and glutes.
