Supported by the Cuban health system and in collaboration with MINSAP, MITRANS, and MINTUR, CSMC, S.A. contributes to creating an environment of constant epidemiological surveillance in airports and seaports.
Main Services:
1. International Health Control:
International ports: Includes free pratique, health inspection, medical assistance services to crew and passengers, as well as departure clearance.
International airports: Comprises free pratique, health inspection, medical assistance services to crew and passengers, along with vector control.
International marinas: Offers free pratique, health inspection, medical assistance services to crew and passengers, as well as departure clearance.
2. Container Grouping and Ungrouping:
Specialized inspection during vessel unloading by medically trained hygiene and epidemiology personnel. Ensures that containers do not pose a public health risk, acting as a key link in the sanitary control of incoming goods to the country.
3. Hygiene and Epidemiology Services for Hotels, Foreign, and Joint Enterprises:
Pool water certification, food quality control, drinking water quality control, training for food handlers, food and nutritional evaluation, vector control, and hygiene and epidemiology actions.
Technical and professional services for the capture of feral cats and dogs.
4. Hiring Professionals from the National Electromedicine Center:
Includes technical services for planning, installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as commissioning and specialized assembly during the warranty or after-sales stage.
5. Environmental and Occupational Health Services:
Assessment of exposure to noise, vibrations, microclimate, ventilation, lighting environment, psychosocial risks, neurotoxic substances, ergonomics studies, among others.
6. Use of Emergency Medical Transportation (SIUM):
Facilitates medical transportation to ensure efficient medical care.
