Characterization of the profession: The Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition has as its fundamental object of work the nutritional status of the individual, the family and the community, in relation to the nutritional-environmental factors of the health-disease process; and ensures the health quality, conservation and handling of food, through a professional and ethical performance. It is aimed at training professionals capable of carrying out actions of promotion, prevention and recovery in health related to food and nutritional problems of the population, applying scientific methods of work in accordance with the advances of technology, capable of performing teaching and research and technical-administrative functions.

Duration: 4 years.
Graduate Title: Bachelor in Nutrition.
